全程化护理干预对妊娠合并血小板减少症的母婴预后影响

摘　　要：目的探讨全程化护理干预对妊娠合并血小板减少症的母婴预后影响。方法选取100例妊娠合并血小板减少症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组开展普通护理干预,观察组开展全程化护理干预,比较两组的血小板计数、产后出血量、母婴并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组达到血小板有效计数的平均时间短于对照组,产后24h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组妊娠期、产前3d、产后7d的血小板计数水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组母婴并发症发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的18.00%(P<0.05);观察组出生5min、10min新生儿阿普加评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠合并血小板减少症加以全程化护理干预,产后出血量较少,母婴并发症发生率低,护理满意度高。Objective To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the maternal and infant prognosis of pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia.Methods 1oo pregnant women with thrombocytopenia were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 5o cases in each group.The control group received regular nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The platelet count,postpartum hemorrhage,incidence of maternal and infant complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The average time for the observation group to reach effective platelet count was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of postpartum bleeding at 24 hours was less than that of the control group(P<0.05);The platelet count levels during pregnancy,3 days before delivery,and 7 days after delivery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than the 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was 4.00%,lower than the control group's 18.00%(P<0.05);The Apgar scores of newborns born at 5 and 10 minutes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for pregnancy complicated with thrombocytopenia can reduce postpartum bleeding,reduce the incidence of maternal and infant complications,and increase nursing satisfaction.
