一对一全产程陪护的优质护理在产房护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨一对一全产程陪护的优质护理对产房护理效果的影响。方法选取本院84例分娩产妇为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组予以常规产房护理,观察组予以一对一全产程陪护的优质护理,比较两组产妇的经阴道分娩情况、产程用时、心理状态。结果观察组第一、第二、第三产程用时均短于对照组,经阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一对一全产程陪护的优质护理模式运用于产房护理中,效果明显,能良好改善产妇的心理状态,缩短产程用时,提高产妇经阴道分娩率。Objective To explore the impact of high-quality one-on-one full delivery care on the effectiveness of delivery room care.Methods 84 postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery room care,while the observation group received high-quality one-on-one full delivery care.The vaginal delivery situation,delivery time,and psychological status of the two groups of mothers were compared.Results The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the vaginal delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);After nursing,the scores on the self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The high-quality nursing model of one-on-one full delivery accompaniment applied in delivery room nursing has significant effects,can effectively improve the psychological state of parturients,shorten the delivery time,and increase the vaginal delivery rate of parturients.
