摘  要:目的在妇产科干预中对孕产妇加强孕期健康教育,并分析其对孕产妇自然分娩率、护理满意度的影响。方法选取160例孕产妇,根据其干预方式不同分为两组,各80例。对照组接受常规妇产科干预,观察组在此基础上加强孕期健康教育,比较两组的自然分娩率、护理满意度以及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果观察组自然分娩率为92.50%、护理满意度为96.25%,高于对照组的78.75%、85.00%(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的13.75%(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科干预中对孕产妇加强孕期健康教育,能够提高其自然分娩率以及护理满意度,减少不良妊娠结局发生,值得推广。Objective To strengthen prenatal health education for pregnant and postpartum women in obstetrics and gynecology interventions,and analyze its impact on the natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction of pregnant and postpartum women.Methods 160 pregnant and postpartum women were selected and divided into two groups based on their different intervention methods,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine obstetrics and gynecology interventions,while the observation group strengthened pregnancy health education on this basis.Compare the natural delivery rate,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between two groups.Results The observation group had a natural delivery rate of 92.50%and a nursing satisfaction rate of 96.25%,which was higher than the control group's 78.75%and 85.00%(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 3.57%,lower than the control group's 13.75%(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening prenatal health education for pregnant women in obstetrics and gynecology interventions can improve their natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and is worth promoting.
