瘢痕子宫孕妇高危妊娠管理结合门诊助产的护理效果及对分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨瘢痕子宫孕妇高危妊娠管理结合门诊助产的护理效果及对分娩结局的影响。方法选取40例瘢痕子宫孕妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各20例。对照组给予高危妊娠管理,观察组给予高危妊娠管理结合门诊助产护理,比较两组的孕妇心理状况、不良分娩结局发生率及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良分娩结局发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为85.00%,高于对照组的45.00%(P<0.05)。结论高危妊娠管理结合门诊助产护理能够改善孕妇的不良心理情绪,降低不良分娩结局发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing effect of combining high-risk pregnancy management with outpatient delivery assistance in pregnant women with scarred uterus and its impact on delivery outcomes.Methods 40 pregnant women with scarred uterus were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given high-risk pregnancy management,while the observation group was given high-risk pregnancy management combined with outpatient midwifery care.The psychological status of pregnant women,incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale and hamilton depression scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes in the observation group was 10.00%,lower than 40.00%in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 85.00%,which was higher than 45.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of high-risk pregnancy management and outpatient midwifery care can improve the negative psychological emotions of pregnant women,reduce the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes,and increase nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
