摘　　要：高尿酸血症(HUA)是由于血清尿酸(SUA)水平增加一种代谢性疾病。然而,长期服用降尿酸药物存在副作用,针灸作为安全有效的治疗手段,其作用机制研究进展较匮乏。本文现对近年针灸对HUA调节机制进行归纳总结,分析促进尿酸代谢、缓解炎性反应、改善肠道菌群减低SUA水平,延缓或预防HUA相关并发症的机制。Hyperuricemia(HUA)is a metabolic disease due to increased serum uric acid(SUA)levels.However,long-term use of uric acid-lowering drugs has side effects.As a safe and effective treatment,the research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion is scarce.This article summarizes the regulation mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on HUA in recent years,and analyzes the mechanism of promoting uric acid metabolism,alleviating inflammatory response,improving intestinal flora to reduce SUA level,delaying or preventing HUA-related complications.
