摘  要:目的研究2%葡萄糖酸氯己定敷料预防输液港囊袋切口感染的应用效果。方法回顾性分析东部战区总医院肿瘤内科2020年1月-12月符合纳排标准的经颈内静脉植入中心静脉输液港的202例患者的临床资料,按置港先后顺序编号分为对照组(碘伏+IV3000组)和观察组(氯己定组),每组101例。对照组使用碘伏消毒+无菌纱布覆盖囊袋切口,观察组使用氯己定敷料覆盖,比较两组患者置港30天内囊袋切口感染发生率、换药次数及患者满意度。结果两组患者切口感染发生率、换药次数及患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用葡萄糖酸氯己定敷料覆盖输液港囊袋切口,可以有效降低输液港囊袋切口感染发生率,减少换药次数,提高患者满意度。Objective To study the effection of 2%chlorhexidine gluconate dressing on prevention of pocket incisional infection of infusion port.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 202 patients who underwent internal jugular vein implantation in central infusion port in January to December 2020,divided into control group(iodophor+IV3000 group)and observation group(chlorhexidine group),101 cases per group.Control group with iodophor disinfection+sterile gauze covered pocket incision,the observation group was covered with chlorhexidine dressing,the incidence of sac incision infection,the times of dressing change and the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results Incision infection rate,the number of drug changes and patient satisfaction were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyclohexidine gluconate dressing is used to cover the pocket incision of infusion port,it can effectively reduce the incidence of pocket incisional infection of infusion port,reduce the number of changes,Improve patients satisfaction.
