摘　　要：目的通过点评分析泰州市姜堰中医院病区药房麻醉药品一类精神药品处方,加强该院对麻精处方的管理,从而提高该院对麻精药品的管理,对不合理处方实时干预,保证患者用药安全。方法收集泰州市姜堰中医院2022年1-6月病区药房HIS系统中使用麻精一药品处方11025张,利用Excel软件导出并进行归因分类。结果通过相关处方点评分析,发现该院麻精一处方存在诸多不合理现象,需进一步改进管理措施,拓展药学服务领域,加强医院对麻精药品的管理。结论医疗机构应高度重视麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的使用和管理,对医师、药师不定期加强专项培训,临床药师要充分发挥作用,对不合理麻精处方实时干预,从而充分保证患者用药安全。Objective To strengthen the management of anesthetic drugs in our hospital by reviewing and analyzing the prescription of narcotic drugs in the ward pharmacy of our hospital,so as to improve the management of anesthetic drugs in our hospital,intervene in real time against unreasonable prescriptions,and ensure the safety of drug use for patients.Methods 11025 anesthesio-drug prescriptions were collected from HIS system in the ward pharmacy of our hospital from January to June 2022,and were exported and classified by Excel software.Results Through the analysis of relevant prescription comments,it was found that there were many unreasonable phenomena in anesthetic-essence prescription in our hospital.It was necessary to further improve management measures,expand the field of pharmaceutical care and strengthen the management of anesthetic-essence drugs in hospitals.Conclusion Medical institutions should attach great importance to the use and management of anesthetic drugs and Class I psychotropic drugs,and regularly strengthen special training for physicians and pharmacists.Clinical pharmacists should fully play their role and intervene in unreasonable prescriptions of anesthetic drugs in real time to fully ensure the safety of patient medication.
