摘　　要：目的研究回授法健康管理干预对葡萄膜炎患者抑郁情绪和生活质量的影响。方法纳入广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的葡萄膜炎患者(n=80)进行研究,纳入时间为2021年7月-2023年7月。随机分为两组,每组各40例,其中40例患者采用常规护理干预作为对照组;另40例患者采用回授法健康管理干预作为观察组。观察两组患者的心理状态、生活质量以及并发症情况。结果干预后,SDS评分观察组比对照组低,P<0.05。生活质量各方面评分观察组比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组并发症发生率(5.00%)比对照组(20.00%)低,P<0.05。结论对葡萄膜炎患者给予回授法健康管理干预,可改善患者的心理情绪,提高其生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复。Objective To study the effects of feedback health management intervention on depression and quality of life in patients with uveitis.Methods A study was conducted on uveitis patients(n=80)admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2023.Randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each,with 40 patients receiving routine nursing intervention as the control group;another 40 patients were treated with feedback based health management intervention as the observation group.Observe the psychological status,quality of life,and complications of two groups of patients.Results After intervention,the SDS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with P<0.05.The complication observation group(5.00%)was lower than the control group(20.00%),with P<0.05.Conclusion Providing feedback based health management intervention to patients with uveitis can improve their psychological and emotional well-being,enhance their quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and promote patient recovery.
