摘　　要：目的分析个案管理护理模式(CMNM)对重症肺炎新生儿预后的影响。方法选取2023年3月-2023年11月遵义医科大学第三附属医院收治的90例重症肺炎新生儿进行研究,随机分组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用CMNM进行护理,比较两组患儿临床症状改善时间、住院时间、血气指标、生命体征及不良反应。结果观察组肺部啰音、发热及咳嗽症状改善时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组血氧饱和度及动脉血氧分压高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组心率及呼吸频率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CMNM有助于促进重症肺炎新生儿临床症状、生命体征和血氧指标改善,不良反应发生率低,护理效果优于常规护理。Objective To investigate the impact of case management nursing mode(CMNM)on the prognosis of newborns with severe pneumonia.Methods 90 newborns with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to November 2023 were chosen as subjects,and were divided into two groups randomly,the control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received CMNM,the improvement time of clinical symptoms,vital signs,blood gas indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement time of fever, lung rales, and cough symptoms in the observation group was earlierthan that in the control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, the SpO2 and PaO2in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while PaCO2 was lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After nursing, the HR and RR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adversereactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The CMNM helps to promote therecovery of clinical symptoms, vital signs and blood oxygen indicators in newborns with severe pneumonia, with a low incidence of adversereactions and better nursing effects than routine nursing.
