探究永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法对2021年6月-2023年2月收治的肿瘤化疗相关性贫血患者80例进行分组,每组各40例,对照组采用硫酸亚铁片等常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用永盛合阿胶治疗,两组治疗方法的疗程一致,对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后血常规指标以及外周血T细胞计数变化,同时对比治疗前后埃德蒙顿肿瘤生活质量表(ESEA)评分。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后与对照组相比,血常规指标中RBC、Hb、HCT、MCV、MCH、MCHC较高,RDW及PLT较低,外周血T细胞计数中CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)值更优,ESEA评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论永盛合阿胶治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血可获得显著的临床疗效,血常规以及外周血T细胞计数均得到显著改善,生活质量也相应提升。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Yongshenghe Ejiao in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-related anemia.Methods Eighty patients with tumor chemotherapy-related anemia treated from June 2021 to February 2023 were divided into groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ferrous sulfate tablets and other conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with Yongshenghe Ejiao on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of the two groups was consistent,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Blood routine parameters and peripheral blood T cell count were changed before and after treatment,and Edmonton tumor Quality of Life scale(ESEA)score was compared before and after treatment.Result The clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.After treatment,RBC,Hb,HCT,MCV,MCH,MCHC were higher in blood routine indexes,RDW and PLT were lower in the observation group,and the peripheral blood T cell count better in CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)value.The score of ESEA was lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yongshenghe Ejiao can obtain significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-related anemia,blood routine and peripheral blood T cell count can be significantly improved,and the quality of life will also be improved accordingly.
