自拟温补心肾方治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚血瘀水停证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟温补心肾方治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)阳虚血瘀水停证的临床效果。方法将86例CHF患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各43例。对照组采用一般常规治疗,观察组加用自拟温补心肾方治疗,两组均连续治疗4周。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)及中医证候积分低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论CHF阳虚血瘀水停证患者应用自拟温补心肾方治疗安全有效,可改善心功能,缓解临床症状,具有较高的临床实用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made warming and tonifying the heart and kidney formula in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF)with yang deficiency,blood stasis,and water stagnation syndrome.Method A total of 86 CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with general routine therapy,while the observation group was treated with a self-designed warming and tonifying heart and kidney formula.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV),and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of self-designed warming and tonifying heart and kidney formula to treat CHF patients with yang deficiency,blood stasis,and water stagnation syndrome is safe and effective,can improve heart function,alleviate clinical symptoms,and has high clinical practical value.
