摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声血流参数评估卵巢癌周围血管侵袭的价值。方法82例卵巢癌患者均行彩色多普勒超声检查,测量动脉血管血流参数。观察周围血管侵袭情况,比较侵袭与未侵袭患者的血流参数,分析血流参数诊断血管侵袭的价值。结果侵袭组的EDV、PSV高于未侵袭组,PI、RI低于未侵袭组(P<0.05)。联合检测诊断周围血管侵袭的AUC高于EDV、PSV、PI、RI单项检测(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声血流参数诊断卵巢癌周围血管侵袭的价值较高,联合检测可提高诊断效能。Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters in evaluation of peripheral vascular invasion of ovarian cancer.Methods Color Doppler ultrasound was performed in 82 patients with ovarian cancer to measure arterial blood flow parameters.The peripheral vascular invasion was observed,the blood flow parameters of invasive and non-invasive patients were compared,and the value of blood flow parameters in the diagnosis of vascular invasion was analyzed.Results The EDV and PSV of the invasive group were higher than those of the non-invasive group,and the PI and RI were lower than those of the non-invasive group(P<0.05).The AUC of combined detection in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular invasion was higher than that of single detection of EDV,PSV,PI and RI(P<0.05).Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound blood flow parameters in the diagnosis of peripheral vascular invasion of ovarian cancer have high value,and combined detection can improve the diagnostic efficiency.
