地面沉降作用下含体积型缺陷的PE燃气管道模拟计算分析

摘  要:聚乙烯(PE)管道具有良好的韧性,在城镇的燃气管道、给排水管道等方面得到广泛应用,但由于聚乙烯管道的强度较低,在安装使用过程中更容易产生缺陷或划痕,对管道性能造成影响。随着城市化的逐渐发展,我国许多发达城市均出现不同程度的区域性地面沉降,这一现象给PE管道带来了许多安全隐患。以SY市的PE燃气管道本构模型和地质条件为基础参数,对含体积型缺陷PE燃气管道进行拉伸试验,得到缺陷对管道性能的影响规律;同时,借助有限元分析软件,建立体积型缺陷管道模型,模拟分析地面沉降作用下缺陷对聚乙烯管道受力情况,得到在地面沉降作用下管体缺陷长度、缺陷周角度以及缺陷深度对管道安全性能的影响规律,为工程实际提供理论参考。PE pipelines have good toughness and are widely used in urban gas pipelines,water supply and drainage pipelines,etc.However,due to the lower strength of PE pipelines,defects or scratches are more likely to occur during installation and use,which can affect pipeline performance.With the gradual development of urbanization,many developed cities in China have experienced regional land subsidence to varying degrees,which has brought many safety hazards to these PE pipelines.This article used the constitutive model and geological conditions of PE gas pipelines in SY City as the basic parameters to conduct tensile tests on PE gas pipelines with volumetric defects,and obtained the influence of defects on pipeline performance.At the same time,with the help of finite element analysis software,a volume defect type pipeline model was established to simulate and analyze the force exerted by defects on PE pipelines under ground settlement.The impact laws of defect length,defect circumference angle,and defect depth on pipeline safety performance under ground settlement was obtained,providing theoretical reference for engineering practice.
