摘 要:对于通过前端浪涌防护模块对数字电源浪涌冲击进行抑制的方法,当浪涌能量过高时,存在浪涌防护模块通常无法有效抑制全部浪涌能量的问题。针对该问题,分析了浪涌的产生原因及特性,研究了浪涌在数字电源中的传递路径及在不同观测点的浪涌波形,进而提出了印刷电路板(Printed circuit board,PCB)布局优化、电路优化及磁屏蔽等数字电源浪涌抑制新方法。所提新方法原理简单、可靠性高,能使数字电源获得良好的浪涌抑制能力。研制了1.2k W试验样机并进行浪涌测试试验,试验结果表明所提出的浪涌抑制新方法可抗4级浪涌试验,能够保障数字电源正常工作。For the method of suppressing surge impact in digital power through the front-end surge protection module,when the surge energy is too high,there is the problem that the surge protection module usually unable effectively suppress all surge energy.Aim at this problem,the causes and characteristics of surge are analyzed,the transmission path and waveform at different observation points of surge in digital power are studied,and then some new methods of digital power surge suppression such as printed circuit board(PCB)layout optimization,circuit optimization and magnetic shielding are proposed.The new method is simple in principle and high in reliability,it can make the digital power obtain good surge suppression ability.A 1.2 kW experimental prototype is developed and surge tested,the experimental results show that the proposed new surge suppression method can resist level 4 surge test,and it can guarantee the digital power regular work.
