摘  要:我国高等教育进入大众化以后,高校毕业生数量年年屡创新高,新时代大学生就业难问题日益突出,成为社会关注的焦点。大学生就业难是多种因素复合作用的结果,既是经济社会发展到现阶段的结果,也与高校人才培养和社会用人需求不匹配有关,更与大学生面对激烈竞争时的选择有关,同时家庭的教育观念也会影响大学生的就业选择。为了帮助大学生实现高质量充分就业,该文通过调研新时代大学生就业困难群体的共性特点,多方面分析大学生就业困难的成因,从政府、社会、高校、家庭和大学生五个维度构建新时代大学生“五位一体”就业指导工作体系,进而形成内聚糅合强大动力,助力推动大学生顺利就业。Since the popularization of higher education in China,the number of college graduates has reached a new high year after year,and the problem of college students'employment has become increasingly prominent in the new era,which has become the focus of social attention.The employment difficulty of college students is the result of multiple factors,which is not only the result of the economic and social development to the present stage,but also related to the mismatch between college talent training and social employment demand.Meanwhile,the family's educational concept will also affect the employment choice of college students,but also related to the choice of college students in the face of fierce competition.In order to help college students achieve high-quality and full employment,this paper analyzes the causes of college students'employment difficulties by investigating the common characteristics of college students'employment difficulties in the new era,and builds a"five-in-one"employment guidance system for college students in the new era from the five dimensions of government,society,colleges and universities,families and college students,thus forming a cohesive and powerful driving force,to help promote the smooth employment of college students.
