摘 要:目的:分析不同类型的黄芩药材性状特征与其水溶性成分的相关性,寻找评价黄芩药材品质优劣的科学依据。方法:收集各地黄芩药材共131批次,采用性状观察、显微检测荧光强度以及紫外-可见分光光度法、HPLC法测定黄芩的浸出物、淀粉及核苷类水溶性成分的含量,分析各项检测指标之间的相关性。结果:黄芩药材可分为四种类型,各类型黄芩的性状差异明显。黄芩的荧光灰度值与淀粉、水溶性浸出物含量呈显著正相关;淀粉含量与水溶性浸出物呈强正相关;鸟苷含量与腺苷含量存在相关性。四种黄芩类型中,以子芩为主的山西类型栽培黄芩核苷类成分含量最高;以枯芩为主的野生类型黄芩的淀粉及水溶性浸出物含量最低,且枯芩从根头部到尾部淀粉含量逐渐升高。结论:红色荧光显微技术可以定性表征黄芩的淀粉含量;黄芩生长时间越久,环境越恶劣,枯芩越多,淀粉及水溶性浸出物含量越少;子芩型黄芩与枯芩型黄芩水溶性成分差异显著。该研究结果可为黄芩药材品质评价以及临床使用提供参考。Objective:To analyze the correlation between characters and water-soluble components of different types of Scutellaria baicalensis,so as to provide the scientific basis for the finding and evaluating the quality of Sutellaria baicalensis.Methods:A total of 131 batches of Scutellaria baicalensis were collected.The character observated,microfluorescence were used to detect the strength,contents of extract,starch and nucleoside were determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry and HPLC,and the correlation between each indexes was analyzed.Results:Scutellaria baicalensis could be divided into four types,the characters of each type were significantly different.The gray value of fluorescence was positively correlated with the contents of starch and water-soluble extract,the content of starch was positively correlated with water-soluble extract content,guanosine content was correlated with adenosine content.Of the four types of Scutellaria baicalensis,the content of nucleosides of cultured Scutellaria baicalensis zigin in Shanxi was the highest.The contents of starch and water-soluble extract of wild type Scutellaria baicalensis Kuqin were the lowest,and the content of starch gradually increased from the root head to the tail.Conclusion:Red fluorescence microscopy can be used to qualitatively characterize the starch content of Scutellaria baicalensis,the longer the growth time of Scutellaria baicalensis,the worse the environment,the more Kuqin,the less starch and water-sduble extract contents,there are significant differences in water-soluble components of Scutellaria baicalensis of Ziqin and Kuqin,the results of this study can provide reference for quality evaluation and clinical use of Scutellaria baicalensis.
