摘  要:目的:研究胆木Nauclea officinalis Pierre ex Pitard树干的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶和制备型高效液相等色谱技术对胆木树干95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从胆木树干乙酸乙酯部位中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:(6R,7E,9R)-9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(1)、(9S)-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,6E-dien-3-one(2)、blumenol C(3)、9-epi-blumenol C(4)、松柏醛(5)、3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(6)、芥子醛(7)、3,4-二甲氧基苯酚(8)、3,4,5-三甲氧基苯酚(9)、2-oxopomolic acid(10)、覆盆子酸(11)、桔皮晶(12)、(E)-3,3′-二甲氧基-4,4′-二羟基二苯乙烯(13)、fraxidin(14)。结论:其中,化合物2~8、10、11、13、14为首次从乌檀属植物中分离得到,化合物1、9、12为首次从胆木中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the trunk of Nauclea officinalis.Methods:The ethyl acetate fraction of the 95%ethanol extract from the trunk of Nauclea officinalis was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography,the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of the trunk of Nauclea officinalis and identified as(6R,7E,9R)-9-hydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(1),(9S)-9-hydroxymegastigma-4,6E-dien-3-one(2),blumenol C(3),9-epi-blumenol C(4),coniferaldehyde(5),3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(6),sinapaldehyde(7),3,4-dimethoxyphenol(8),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol(9),2-oxopomolic acid(10),fupenzic acid(11),tangeretin(12),(E)-3,3′-dimethoxy-4,4′-dihydroxystilbene(13),fraxidin(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 2 to 8,10,11,13,14 are isolated from Nauclea genus for the first time,compounds 1,9,12 are isolated from Nauclea officinalis for the first time.
