消渴活络汤加减配合穴位点刺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变瘀血体质患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消渴活络汤加减配合穴位点刺对改善糖尿病周围神经病变瘀血体质患者症状的临床疗效。方法:将100例瘀血体质的糖尿病周围神经病变患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例采取口服甲钴胺分散片治疗,观察组50例采用消渴活络汤配合穴位点刺,两组均以20天为1个疗程,3个疗程后分析两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为86%,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后运动传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)均大于对照组,治疗后观察组中医证候评分相对于对照组更小,结果部分数据有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消渴活络汤加减配合穴位点刺对糖尿病周围神经病变瘀血体质患者疗效确切。jObjective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoke Huoluo decoction cooperating with acupoint acupuncture on improving the symptoms of patients with blood-stasis constitution and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Method:100 eligible patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(50 cases)took orally mecobalamin dispersible tablets,and the observation group(50 cases)took Xiaoke Huoluo decoction cooperating with acupoint acupuncture.Results:The observation group had obvious advantages in total effective rate by improving nerve transmission speed and TCM syndrome score.Conclusion:Xiaoke Huoluo Decoction cooperating with acupoint acupuncture is effective in treating the patients with blood stasis constitution and diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
