摘  要:钢管水泥胶结结构被广泛应用于工业界,其中钢管与水泥的胶结质量可直接影响结构的服役安全。超声检测技术是评价钢管与水泥胶结质量最主要的手段,然而目前的多数研究均致力于检测水泥固化后出现的胶结缺陷,对可直接影响水泥最终质量的固化过程关注较少。在此基础上,提出一种基于电磁超声SH导波的钢管外水泥固化状态的监测方法,该方法利用SH导波对钢管外水泥剪切特性的敏感性,通过测量并计算不同位置处接收信号幅值的衰减来判断钢管外水泥的剪切特性,从而监测其固化状态。首先,建立钢管周向SH导波的频散方程并绘制频散曲线,选取激励频率并设计电磁声换能器;其次,在COMSOL软件中建立单一钢管和带管外水泥环钢管的有限元模型,通过对比研究了SH导波在钢管外水泥层中传播及衰减情况;最终,搭建电磁超声监测系统并配制水泥进行模拟监测试验。仿真和试验结果表明,SH导波在单一钢管中衰减较小,且传播距离长,但在带管外水泥环钢管中衰减明显,且随着水泥固化过程衰减越来越大,验证了SH导波对钢管外胶结介质剪切特性的敏感性,进而验证了在不耦合条件下利用SH导波监测钢管外水泥固化状态的可行性。Steel pipe-cement(SC)cemented structure is widely used in industry,in which the cementing quality of SC can directly affect the service safety of the structure.Ultrasonic testing technology is the most important method to evaluate the cementing quality of SC.However,most of the current studies are devoted to the detection of cementing defects after cement curing,and pay less attention to the curing process which can directly affect the final quality of cement.On this basis,a method for monitoring the curing state of cement outside the steel pipe based on electromagnetic ultrasonic SH guided waves is proposed.This method relies on the sensitivity of SH guided waves to the shear characteristics of cement outside the steel pipe,and determines the shear characteristics of cement outside the steel pipe by measuring and calculating the attenuation of received signals’amplitude at different positions,so as to monitor its curing state.Firstly,the dispersion equation of the circumferential SH(CSH)guided waves of the steel pipe is established and the dispersion curves are plotted.The Electromagnetic Acoustic Transducers(EMATs)are designed according to the selected excitation frequency.Secondly,the finite element models of the steel pipe without cement coating and with cement sheath outside are established in COMSOL,and the propagation and attenuation of SH guided waves in the cement layer are studied by comparison.Finally,the electromagnetic ultrasonic monitoring system is built and the cement is prepared to carry out the simulation monitoring experiment.The results of the experiment and simulation show that the attenuation of SH guided waves is small in the steel pipe without cement coating and the propagation distance is long.However,the attenuation in the steel pipe with cement sheath is obvious,and it increases with the cement curing process.Therefore,the sensitivity of the SH guided waves to the shear characteristics of the cemented medium outside the steel pipe is verified,and the feasibility of using the SH guided
