摘 要:针对番茄加工全流程的能耗管控问题,分析了能耗管控现状,构建了面向番茄加工全流程的能耗监测与可视化平台总体架构,并设计了功能模块,应用数采设备和相关通信技术实现了平台的开发与应用。应用实践表明,该平台能够实现对番茄加工全流程能耗的动态监测、分析与可视化,达到了提高番茄加工能耗管控数字化,增加企业经济效益的目的。In response to the energy consumption control problem of the entire tomato processing process,this paper analyzed the current situation of energy consumption control,constructed the overall architecture of an energy consumption monitoring and visualization platform for the entire tomato processing process,and designed the functional modules in detail.The development and application of the platform have been achieved through the use of data acquisition equipment and related communication technologies.Practice has shown that this platform can achieve dynamic monitoring,analysis,and visualization of energy consumption throughout the entire tomato processing process,achieving the goal of improving the digitalization of energy consumption control in tomato processing and increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.
