摘　　要：中医体质研究已逐渐成为慢性病研究中的热点问题,关于慢性肾脏病的中医体质研究也日益增多。文章从中医体质学入手,对慢性肾脏病患者的中医体质类型分布特点进行分析,从慢性肾脏病各原发病与中医体质的相关性,对近年来中医体质在慢性肾脏病中的应用研究进展进行综述,旨在为今后开展慢性肾脏病患者中医体质类型与临床诊治的研究提供理论依据。The study of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gradually become a hot issue in chronic diseases,and research on the constitution of TCM in chronic kidney disease(CKD)is also increasing.According to the constitution of TCM,this article summarize the characteristics of the constitution of TCM in CKD,and reviewe the application research progress of TCM constitution in CKD in recent years from the correlation between primary diseases of CKD and the constitution of TCM.Meanwhile,the aim of the paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the study of the relationship between the constitutio of TCM andthe clinical diagnosis and treatment in CKD.
