摘　　要：王金权教授认为,当代女性原发性痛经的病因病机在临床中大多可以归结为脾肾两虚,湿邪凝滞,胞宫阻滞,日久寒湿瘀互结,冲任二脉失调,发为痛经。治疗遵从标本兼治,脏腑和奇经八脉通调,强调以补肾健脾益气为本,活血化瘀祛湿为标,临床围绕脾肾二脏,冲任两脉为原则组方,脾肾功能得健,冲任调和,则痛经自除,临床效果显著。Professor Wang Jinquan believes that the aetiology and pathogenesis of contemporary women's primary dysmenorrhea can be mostly attributed to deficiency of spleen and kidney,dampness,evil coagulation,uterine block,prolonged cold and damp stasis,so as to disharmony of Chong and Conception Channels,consequently Primary dysmenorrhea.Treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,which is the standard for activating blood circulation,removing blood stasis and removingdampness.Clinical around the spleen and kidney two viscera,two veins as the principle of prescription,spleen and kidney function is healthy,harmony,dysmenorrhea,the clinical effect is remarkable.
