止痛如神汤加减联合痔瘘洗剂治疗混合痔术后患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察止痛如神汤加减联合痔瘘洗剂熏洗治疗混合痔术后的临床疗效并探讨其治疗机制。方法:选取符合混合痔诊断的患者70例,患者均使用混合痔剥扎术,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组使用痔瘘洗剂熏洗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合口服止痛如神汤加减,每日2次。对比两组术后创面症状评分及创面愈合时间。结果:两组均痊愈,但观察组混合痔术后创面症状评分均优于对照组,愈合时间短于对照组(P均<0.005)。结论:止痛如神汤加减痔瘘洗剂熏洗用于改善混合痔术后创面症状评分,加速创面愈合取得了较好的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with hemorrhoids and fistula lotion fumigation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids after surgery to improve the score of wound symptoms and explore its therapeutic mechanism.Methods A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids were selected,and they were all treated with mixed hemorrhoids peeling and ligation.They were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to a random number table method.The control group was fumigated with hemorrhoids and fistula lotion.The study group was treated with hemorrhoids and fistula lotion and hip bath fumigation,combined with oral administration of Zhitong Rushen Decoction,twice a day.The scores of postoperative wound symptoms and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results Both groups of patients recovered,but the score of wound symptoms in the treatment group after mixed hemorrhoids surgery was better than that in the control group,and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group(both P<0.005).Conclusion Zhitong Rushen Decoction combined with Fumigation and Washing with Reducing Hemorrhoids and Fistula Lotion can improve the score of wound symptoms after mixed hemorrhoids surgery and accelerate wound healing,achieving a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
