苏润泽教授治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑状态的经验

摘　　要：不稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑状态在临床中呈现愈发常见的趋势,二者合病不仅让患者饱受病痛折磨,还给社会带来沉重的经济压力。因此,如何有效缓解患者痛苦,并提高其后续的生活质量,成为亟待解决的问题。苏润泽教授在三十多年的临证经验中,将二者合病之关键病机总结为“气滞血瘀”,治疗上从“疏解肝郁、活血化瘀、解郁安神”立法,创立疏肝活血方。其在临证中以此方为基本,根据患者不同的情况灵活化裁,相较于单纯应用西药治疗,拥有更好的疗效。Unstable angina pectoris combined with anxiety has become increasingly common in clinical practice.The combined diseases not only affect the quality of life of the patients but also bring a heavy economic burden to the society.Therefore,how to relieve the pain and improve the quality of life has become an urgent problem to be solved.With more than 30 years of clinical experience,Professor Su Runze has summarized the key pathogenesis of the combined diseases as qi stagnation and blood stasis.Accordingly,Professor Su established the Shugan Huoxue Formula based on the principles of relieving liver depression,activating blood and resolving stasis,and relieving depression and tranquilizing the mind.In clinical practice,Shugan Huoxue Formula can be modified according to different conditions of the patients and has better therapeutic effect than the simple application of Western medicine.
