摘  要:膝关节骨性关节炎(膝骨关节炎)是一种常见的膝关节退行性疾病,主要表现为关节疼痛、活动受限、畸形。临床上应用温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的效果显著,且近年来常与口服中药、推拿手法、中药熏洗、运动疗法、电针等联合治疗,均可有效改善患者膝关节功能,减轻疼痛。目前研究提示,温针灸可能主要通过调控软骨细胞凋亡与自噬、阻止软骨持续损坏、释放镇痛物质等来改善临床症状。本文检索2019—2023年中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普、Web of Science(WOS)核心合集等数据库中有关温针灸治疗膝骨关节炎的文献,并对温针灸的应用与作用机制展开综述,旨在总结其治疗膝骨关节炎的临床应用及基础研究进展。Knee osteoarthritis is a common degenerative disease of the knee joint,mainly manifested as joint pain,limited mobility,and deformity.In the clinic,the application of warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a remarkable effect,and in recent years,it is often combined with oral administration of Chinese medicine,tuina manipulation,Chinese medicine fumigation,exercise therapy,electroacupuncture,etc.,which can effectively improve the knee joint function and reduce the pain of patients.Current studies have pointed out that warm acupuncture may improve clinical symptoms mainly by regulating apoptosis and autophagy of chondrocytes,preventing persistent cartilage damage,and releasing analgesic substances.This article searched the literature about warm acupuncture for treating knee osteoarthritis from 2019 to 2023 in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,Web of Science(WOS),and other databases and summarized the application and mechanism of warm acupuncture,so as to review the clinical application and basic research progress of warm acupuncture for treating knee osteoarthritis.
