摘　　要：组织在当今社会中承担着越来越多的社会责任,可持续性发展已经成为企业等组织成功的关键要素之一。环境、社会和治理(ESG)被认为是评估和管理组织在可持续性问题上表现和履行其社会责任的关键因素。全面质量管理(TQM)是一种强调持续改进、客户满意、员工参与和系统思维的管理科学方法。将TQM融入ESG管理,构建组织可持续性框架,可以帮助组织实现可持续发展目标,提高ESG绩效,并满足利益相关方的期望。本文梳理了TQM原则和ESG管理的基本概念,提出了基于TQM原则的组织可持续发展框架,以期为组织开展ESG管理、构建ESG管理体系提供参考,丰富我国特色ESG发展研究。Organizations are increasingly shouldering more social responsibilities in today's society,with sustainable development becoming a key element of success for businesses and other entities.Environmental,Social,and Governance(ESG)factors are considered crucial for assessing and managing an organization's performance and fulfillment of its social responsibilities regarding sustainability issues.Total Quality Management(TQM)is a management methodology that emphasizes continuous improvement,customer satisfaction,employee involvement,and systematic thinking.Integrating TQM into EsG management to construct an organizational sustainability framework can help organizations achieve sustainable development goals,enhance EsG performance,and meet stakeholders'expectations.This article delineates the fundamental concepts of TQM principles and EsG management,proposes an organizational sustainability framework based on TQM principles,and aims to provide guidance for organizations in conducting ESG management and constructing an ESG management system,thereby enriching research on Chinese distinctive ESG development.
