微格教学结合翻转课堂教学模式在医学微生物实验课程中的应用

摘　　要：在新时代背景下,培养大学生的创新能力是高等教育的重要任务。医学微生物学实验课作为中医学、临床医学等各专业的基础课程,对于培养学生的实践能力和创新思维具有重要意义。探讨应用微格教学结合翻转课堂模式,进行分级设计,应用于医学微生物学实验课教学,为培养和提升医学生实践能力、创新能力提供更好的教学方式。实践证明,微格教学结合翻转课堂的应用,有利于学生轻松、高效地掌握实验操作技能,并提高学生自主学习动力和创新能力,值得进一步在基础学科教学中推广、应用。Cultivating the innovation competence of college students is an important task of higher education in the new era.The course Medical Microbiology with Lab,as a fundamental course of various majors such as traditional Chinese medicine and clinical medicine,is of great significance in cultivating students′practical ability and innovative thinking.The present paper explores the application of microteaching plus flipped classroom in a systematic way to the teaching of the course for a better method of cultivating and enhancing the practical and innovative skills of medical students.The results have proven that the application of such mixed teaching can enable students to master experimental skills easily and efficiently,and improve their self-learning motivation and innovative ability.Therefore,it warrants further promotion and application in teaching basic disciplines.
