从“尔滨现象”透视冰体旅融合发展的创新路径

摘　　要：基于“尔滨出圈”现象视角,运用文献资料法系统分析我国冰雪运动体旅融合的成因与发展状况,分析融合的本质、价值和特色,以及融合中产生的问题。研究发现,“尔滨现象”中的冰雪运动体旅融合具有促进经济增长、提升群众冰雪运动康养意识、传承冰雪运动文化的作用。但在融合过程中,还面临缺乏系统规划、融合度不高、未形成品牌、景点转化与需求不符等问题。通过“尔滨现象”透视冰雪运动体旅融合发展的机理,提出完善政策导向、变革管理体制、释放冰雪体旅市场活力,多角度探索、多元化培养冰雪体旅人才,用多种形式建立冰雪体旅融合产业实践载体,运用数字化手段革新冰雪体旅融合服务平台的建议,旨在助力冰雪体旅高质量发展。From the perspective of the phenomenon of"Erbin out of the circle",this paper systematically analyzes the causes and development of the integration of ice and snow sports and tourism in China by using the literature method,and analyzes the nature,value and characteristics of the integration,as well as the problems arising from the integration.It is found that the integration of ice and snow sports and tourism in"Erbin phenomenon"can promote economic growth,enhance people's awareness of ice and snow sports,and inherit the cultural value of ice and snow sports.However,in the process of integration,there are still problems such as lack of systematic planning,low degree of integration,without forming a brand,and mismatch between transformation of scenic spots and demand.Through the"Erbin phenomenon",we aim to explore the mechanism of integrated development of ice and snow sports and tourism.It puts forward suggestions on improving policy orientation,changing the management system,releasing the vitality of the ice and snow sports tourism market,exploring and diversifying the cultivation of ice and snow sports tourism talents from multiple angles,establishing a practice carrier for the integration of ice and snow sports tourism industry in various forms,and using digital means to innovate the ice and snow sports tourism integration service platform,so as to help the high-quality development of ice and snow sports tourism.
