摘 要:本文以羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC)同时为还原剂和稳定剂制备了纳米银粒子(AgNPs),研究了反应温度、时间和CMC的分子参数(取代度和分子量)的影响。通过紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)对AgNPs进行了表征。探究了不同条件下制备的AgNPs对水溶液中4-硝基苯酚(4-NP)的催化还原性能。结果表明,以不同分子参数CMC为还原剂和稳定剂均可制备平均粒径10 nm左右的球形或近球形AgNPs。通过调节反应温度、时间和CMC的分子参数可以控制AgNPs的尺寸和产量。AgNPs尺寸随还原剂和稳定剂CMC取代度的增加而增加。以粘均分子量为612.2 kDa的CMC为还原剂和稳定剂制备的AgNPs的平均粒径最小,为(5.1±1.2)nm。AgNPs对水溶液中4-NP的催化活性随其粒径的减小而增强。以平均粒径为(5.1±1.2)nm的AgNPs为催化剂时,催化反应20 min,4-NP的转化率为98.8%,反应速率常数为0.2316 min^(-1)。Silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)were synthesized using carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC)as reducing agent and stabilizer.The effect of reaction temperature,time and molecular parameters(substitution degree and molecular weight)of CMC were investigated.AgNPs were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy(UV-vis),Transmission electron microscopy(TEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-NP)in aqueous by AgNPs prepared under different conditions was investigated.The results showed that spherical or close-to-spherical AgNPs with an average particle size of about 10 nm can be prepared by using different molecular parameters CMC as reducing agent and stabilizer.The size and productivity of AgNPs can be controlled by adjusting the reaction temperature,time and the molecular parameters of CMC.The size of AgNPs increased with the increase of CMC.The average particle size of AgNPs was the smallest,(5.1±1.2)nm,when CMC with molecular weight of 612.2 kDa was used as reducing agent and stabilizer.The catalytic activity of AgNPs for 4-NP in aqueous increased with the decrease of particle size.When AgNPs with average particle size of(5.1±1.2)nm were used as catalyst,the conversion of 4-NP was 98.8%after 20 minutes of catalytic reaction and the reaction rate constant was 0.2316 min^(-1).
