摘 要:人工智能可作为骨质疏松症和骨折管理潜在的依赖工具。在过去几年中,人工智能开发人员在识别骨质疏松症和骨质疏松性骨折方面的研究日益增多。许多新开发的人工智能算法的性能已被证明至少可以与医学专家评估的结果相媲美,甚至略胜一筹。机器学习、深度学习模型和影像组学已应用于骨质疏松症和骨折的研究工作中。为了提高对人工智能的更进一步认识和关注,本文分别就其在支持和改善骨质疏松症管理等不同方面的研究做以简介。Artificial intelligence(AI)is a potentially reliable assistant in the management of osteoporosis and fractures.Increasing efforts have been undertaken in the past few years by artificial intelligence developers to identify osteoporosis and osteoporotic fractures.The performance of these newly developed AI algorithms have been shown to be at least comparable to that of medical experts,or even superior.Machine learning,deep learning models and radiomics have applicated in osteoporosis and fractures.To enhance awareness and care for artificial intelligence,this article provided the update evidence and references on different areas for supporting and improving the management of osteoporosis.
