摘  要:骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的骨骼疾病,其中骨代谢的成骨分化及破骨分化失衡与骨质疏松症的发病机制密切相关。近几年,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在OP的发生发展中起到了重要作用,渐渐成为OP发生机制的研究焦点。本文从lncRNA概述及与相关信号通路相互作用的关系为出发点,分别从成骨分化及破骨分化两个角度,概述lncRNA与信号通路对骨质疏松症发生机制的作用及研究进展,旨在为未来探索骨质疏松症新的诊疗靶点提供新的思路和策略。Osteoporosis is a common bone disease,in which the imbalance of osteogenic differentiation and osteoclastic differentiation of bone metabolism is closely related to the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.In recent years,long chain non-coding RNAs have been found to play an important role in the development of osteoporosis and gradually become the focus of research on the mechanism of OP occurrence.In this article,the overview of lncRNA and their interactions with related signaling pathways,in the mechanism of osteoporosis were reviewed from the perspectives of osteoblast differentiation osteoclast differentiation,so as to provide new ideas and strategies for the exploration of new diagnostic and therapeutic targets for osteoporosis in the future.
