摘 要:数字化建模及快速成型技术是通过数字化建模技术,将实体对象转化为数字模型,通过逐层堆叠材料来构建三维物体的制造技术,实现了快速、灵活、定制化的物体制造。该文以层积制造技术、液体固化技术和注塑成型技术应用为案例开展分析,针对目前数字化建模及快速成型技术材料选择、制造精度和成本等问题提出进一步改进措施与未来的研究方向,旨在进一步提高制造过程的效率、降低成本,逐步推动这些技术在更广泛领域的应用与发展。Digital Modeling and Rapid Prototyping Technologies is a manufacturing technology that transforms solid objects into digital models through digital modeling technology,and builds three-dimensional objects by stacking materials layer by layer,which realizes fast,flexible and customized object manufacturing.This paper analyzes the application of layer-by-layer manufacturing technology,liquid curing technology and injection molding technology as a case study,and proposes further improvement measures and future research directions for the current digital modeling and rapid prototyping technologies in terms of material selection,manufacturing accuracy and cost,with the aim of further improving the efficiency of the manufacturing process,lowering the cost,and gradually promoting the application and development of these technologies in a wider range of fields.
