摘　　要：近年来,全球信息技术高速发展,人们享受着科技创新带来的便利,但老年群体可能会面临数字鸿沟的尴尬,切实解决老年人运用智能技术的困难急不可待。笔者通过调查问卷法、深度访谈法分析发现,老年群体在使用智能手机时,常面临辨识不清、误触弹窗、操作畏难等问题,由此该文尝试引入用户体验理论,探究老年群体的心理需求、生理特征、喜好习惯等,再用个案研究法,从感官需求、情感需求、功能需求、互动需求四方面出发,以微信App为例,对其界面进行程序简化、色彩调整、图标更迭、功能优化四项改造,为适老化设计提升用户体验提供了一种智能手机界面设计的可行性策略,期望以此帮助老年群体无障碍地使用智能技术,提升他们的生活体验。In recent years,with the rapid development of global information technology,people are enjoying the convenience brought by technological innovation.However,the elderly are facing the embarrassment of the digital divide.It is urgent to effectively solve the difficulties of the elderly in using intelligent technology.Through the analysis of survey questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the author found that the elderly often face problems such as unclear identification,accidental pop-up windows,and difficulty in operation when using smartphones.Therefore,this article attempts to introduce user experience theory to explore the psychological needs,physiological characteristics,and preferences of the elderly group.Using case study methods,starting from four aspects:sensory needs,emotional needs,functional needs,and interactive needs,taking WeChat App as an example,the interface design of the app is simplified,color adjusted,icon replacement,and function optimization.It provides a feasible strategy for improving user experience through aging friendly design of smartphone interface design,hoping to help the elderly group use intelligent technology without barriers and improve their life experience.
