摘　　要：在绿色低碳发展趋势下,新能源矿产开发利用迎来了前所未有的发展机遇,这有力地促进了各种新型高效选矿工艺和选矿设备的开发研究。本文简要介绍了新能源选矿设备用高耐磨防腐橡胶衬里的研究进展,以及橡胶衬里在新能源选矿设备中的一些应用实例,着重介绍了一种高耐磨、高耐老化、高粘结力的新能源选矿设备用橡胶衬里材料,提高产品的使用寿命和使用效率;同时介绍了适应大型设备现场衬胶的预硫化天然橡胶衬里,以及特殊关键设备的衬胶工艺和硫化工艺。Under the trend of green and low-carbon development,the development and utilization of new energy minerals have ushered in unprecedented development opportunities,which has effectively promoted the development and research of various new and efficient mining processes and equipment.The research progress on the rubber lining material with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance for the new energy mining equipment,as well as some application examples of the rubber lining in the new energy mining equipment,was briefly introduced,and a rubber lining material with high wear resistance high aging resistance and high adhesion for the new energy mining equipment was emphatically introduced,so as to improve the service life and efficiency of the product.At the same time,the prevulcanized natural rubber lining suitable for on-site rubber lining of large equipment was introduced,and the rubber lining process and vulcanization process of special key equipment were also reviewed.
