摘　　要：采用发酵法生产酒精的过程中会产生大量的酒精废醪液,由于其含有较高的CODCr和BOD5,如不能合理处置将带来严重的环境污染问题。而如果通过合理方法对其中的营养物质加以利用,将带来一定经济效益的同时又能实现相关产业的可持续发展。近年来,很多科研人员研究展示了以酒精废醪液为原料进行资源化的方法和技术。在此进行了总结,并对其未来研究方向进行了展望。In the process of alcohol production by fermentation,a large amount of alcohol waste mash would be produced.Due to its high CODCr and BOD5 content,serious environmental pollution would be caused if it could not be disposed properly.If the nutrients in it were utilized in a reasonable way,it would bring certain economic benefits and realize the sustainable development of related industries.In recent years,many researchers had studied and demonstrated the method and technology of resource utilization using alcohol waste mash as raw material.The conclusion was made and the future research direction was prospected.
