摘 要:稠油自身以氢键或π-π共轭与胶质分子间耦合导致其粘度高,相对密度大。随着不断开采常规油田,轻质油资源日益减少,稠油等非常规油藏受到人们的日益重视。以隐形酸完井液为基础,室内研制优选了抗酸抗盐的稠油降粘剂,结果发现CTA稠油降粘剂针对恩平某区块稠油降粘率可达到87.5%。加入到隐形酸完井液中,完井液与稠油混合后对储层岩心的驱替压力降低率可达84.2%。进行污染储层岩心实验,渗透率恢复值可达到95%以上,说明其具有良好的储保效果。Heavy oil couples with colloidal molecules through hydrogen bonding orπ-πconjugation,resulting in high viscosity.With the exploitation of conventional oil fields,light oil resources are decreasing,and unconventional reservoirs are receiving attention.Based on the acidic completion fluid,an heavy oil viscosity reducerresist acid and salt was developed and optimized indoors.The results showed that CTA heavy oil viscosity reducer could greatly reduce the viscosity of En-ping block heavy oil.When added to the acidic completion fluid,the mixture of the completion fluid and heavy oil could reduce the displacement pressure of the core by 84.2%.When used in the reservoir protection experiment,the permeability recovery value could reach 95%,indicating CTA had good reservoirprotection effect.
