摘 要:W油田随着开发的深入产液量不断增大且矿化度较高。采出液随温度、压力、流速等变化使成垢离子相互碰撞结垢。在不降低产量和不堵塞储层的基础上,要想实现产出水的循环利用就必须对其进行处理再回注。本文利用ScaleChem软件对W油田注采全工段的结垢趋势进行预测,结果表明生产水回注结垢风险较大且结垢类型为碳酸钙、硫酸钡和硫化亚铁,将结垢离子控制至Ca^(2+)/HCO_(3)^(-)/Fe^(2+)/S^(2-)<40/200/0.3/5 mg/L时回注,可减少99%的结垢风险,为现场提供了有效的参考依据。With the development of W oilfield,the amount of liquid produced is increasing and the salinity is high.The produced liquid changes with temperature,pressure,flow rate,and so on,resulting in scale ions colliding with each other.On the basis of not reducing production and not plugging the reservoir,the produced water must be treated and re-injected to realize the recycling.ScaleChem software was used to predict the scaling trend of the whole production section of W oilfield.The results showed that the production water reinjection had a large scale risk and the scale types were calcium carbonate,barium sulfate and ferrous sulfide.The scale ions were controlled to Ca^(2+)/HCO_(3)^(-)/Fe^(2+)/S^(2-)<40/200/0.3/5 mg/L.The risk of scaling can be reduced by 99%,which provided an effective reference for the site.
