摘　　要：某年产12万吨的苯乙烯装置运行接近36个月期间,从乙苯脱氢催化剂GS-12的装填、活化、初期、稳定运行期、末期、烧焦等阶段进行苯乙烯装置各项数据参数的统计与监控,重点从生产运行过程中的种种因素考虑,全面分析乙苯脱氢催化剂GS-12性能指标,在此期间解决了平稳生产遇到的各类问题,为后续苯乙烯装置长周期稳定运行提供宝贵的经验,从而大幅度提升了工艺管理。During the operation of a styrene unit with an annual output of 120000 tons for 36 months,statistics and monitoring of various data parameters of styrene unit were carried out from the loading,activation,initial stage,stable operation period,final stage and charring stage of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst GS-12.The performance indicators of ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst GS-12 were comprehensively analyzed from various factors in the production and operation process.During this period,various problems encountered in stable production were solved,and valuable experience was provided for the long-term stable operation of subsequent styrene plants,thus greatly improving process management.
