摘 要:原油采购成本约占炼油成本的87%,炼油企业的原油成本在很大程度上决定了企业的效益。不同种类原油价格差异较大,尤其是高硫重质原油与含硫原油价差现已经达到3美元/桶。原油硫含量越高、酸值越高、密度越大,价格越低。为在当前激烈的炼油市场竞争中取得领先地位,各炼油企业都在想方设法提高高硫重质原油采购量、降低低硫原油采购量,降低原油成本。限制高硫重质油采购的主要原因为此类原油硫含量高、密度高、金属含量高,原油加工装置(常减压装置)、二次装置(加氢裂化、蜡油加氢、催化裂化装置)加工难度大。镇海炼化公司在降低原油成本方面一直坚持攻关,分析出了影响提高高硫重质油加工的瓶颈主要在二次装置原料硫控制,并成功探索出通过蜡油调合技术提升高硫重质原油加工量、降低低硫原油加工量的方法,在装置不投资改造的前提下,大幅降低原油采购成本。The crude oil purchasing cost accounts for 87%of the refining cost.The crude oil cost of the refining enterprise determines the benefit of the enterprise to a great extent.The price difference between different types of crude oil,especially between high-sulphur and low-sulphur crude oil,and the difference has reached 3 Dollars/barrel.The higher the sulfur content,acid value and density of crude oil,the lower the price.In order to get a leading position in the current fierce refining market competition,every refining enterprise is trying to increase the purchase of high-sulfur heavy crude oil,reduce the purchase of low-sulfur crude oil,and reduce the cost of crude oil.The main reasons for restricting the recovery of heavy oil with high sulfur content are high sulfur content,high density and high metal content,crude oil processing unit(common pressure unit),secondary unit(hydrocracking,waxoil hydrogenation,catalyticcracking unit)processing difficult.Zhenhai refining and chemical companies had been working hard to reduce the cost of crude oil,and had identified that the bottleneck affecting the processing of high-sulfur heavy oil was mainly the sulfur control of the feedstock in the secondary plant,the method of increasing the processing amount of high-sulfur heavy crude oil and reducing the processing amount of low-sulfur crude oil by wax oil blending technology was successfully explored.
