摘 要:基于宝钢高炉热风炉烟气在治理前的排放情况,分析了不同治理工艺技术的优缺点,最终选用了从目前看最为安全、适应高炉热风炉工况的钙基固定床烟气治理工艺技术。介绍了该工艺技术在宝钢4号高炉一年的运行实绩,从安全、脱硫效果、运行维护及成本等多方面,再次验证了其安全性、稳定性、适应性及经济性,从而为宝武集团内及国内外其他厂家提供可借鉴的应用示范,进而助力我国高炉的绿色低碳生产与技术进步。Based on the emission of flue gas from the Baosteel blast furnace hot stove before treatment,the advantages and disadvantages of different treatment technologies were analyzed.Finally,the calcium base fixed bed flue gas treatment technology which is currently the safest and most suitable for the working conditions of the blast furnace hot stove was selected.At the same time,the operational performance of this process technology in the Baosteel No.4 blast furnace for over a year was introduced.From the aspects of safety,desulfurization effect,operation and maintenance,and cost,its safety,stability,adaptability,and economy were verified again,so as to provide a referable application demonstration for China Baowu Steel Group Corporation and other manufacturers at home and abroad,and then assist in the green low-carbon production and technological progress of blast furnaces in China.
