摘  要:传统冲压零件质量优化过程中,主要通过模具调整进行优化,时间成本与质量成本均较高,包钢随着专业化质量管理中制造商先期介入(EVI)工作的开展,逐步将计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析技术应用于模拟汽车零部件冲压中。文章以DX53D+Z产品为例,通过正确选择典型代表性能、屈服准则等特征参数,成功开发包钢自有材料卡,并借助Autoform软件中产品成形性能分析,完成对材料卡可信度的研究。经验证包钢自有材料卡可信度较高,仿真材料数据库可为EVI服务提供数据支持。In the traditional quality optimization process of stamping parts,the optimization is mainly through mold adjustment so that the time and quality costs are both higher.With the early vendor involvement(EVI)of professional quality management,the computer aided engineering(CAE)analysis technology is gradually applied in the simulation of stamping automobile parts.In the paper,it is introduced the self-owned material card of Baotou Steel is successfully developed by correctly selecting such characteristic parameters as typical representative performances and yield criterion through taking the DX53D+Z product as an example as well as the research on reliability of material card is completed by the analysis on forming property of products in the Autoform software.It is verified that the self-owned material card of Baotou Steel is with higher reliability and the database of simulation material could provide data support for EVI service.
