摘　　要：用户在拉拔使用SWRH82B硬线盘条的过程中,出现拉拔断裂现象。对SWRH82B硬线盘条的化学成分、气体含量、母材热酸低倍以及拉拔断裂试样进行了检验,并用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对拉拔断裂试样进行微观分析。分析结果表明,由于存在网状铁素体异常组织,及芯部有铁素体条带组织,在拉拔过程中,异常网状铁素体组织和铁素体条带组织共同作用,导致SWRH82B在拉拔过程中出现抽芯断。There is drawing fracture during the process of drawing SWRH82B hard wire rod for users.Its chemical composition,gas content,macrostructure with hot acid of base material and sample of drawing fracture are tested.Moreover,the micro analysis of sample of drawing fracture is carried out with metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.The analysis results indicated that since there were abnormal network ferrite structure and band structure of ferrite in the core,their combined action caused fracture of core of SWRH82B during drawing process.
