摘  要:BGER60Ti-1焊丝钢在生产焊丝过程中出现拉拔断裂,通过对断裂试样进行金相组织分析,发现淡黄色硬质块相是造成焊丝拉拔断裂的直接原因。根据该组织的形成机理得出,淡黄色硬质块相为贝氏体与马氏体的混合组织。文章从轧后控冷角度进行研究,提出延长盘条出保温罩时间、增加保温罩的保温能力等措施,改进后的基体组织未出现硬质块相,解决了BGER60Ti-1焊丝钢断丝问题。During the process of producing welding wire with BGER60Ti-1 welding wire steel,there is drawing fracture and faint yellow hard block phase is found to be direct cause through metallographic analysis of fracture sample.It is obtained according to formation mechanism of the microstructure that the faint yellow hard block phase is mixture of bainite and martensite.In the paper,such measures as extending holding time of wire rod and improving heat-retaining capacity of temperature holding hood are proposed based on studying from the perspective of controlled cooling after rolling.There is not any hard block phase in the improved matrix structure so that the problem of fracture of wire for BGER60Ti-1 welding wire steel is solved.
