摘　　要：民营企业在提供就业岗位、国民经济增长等方面发挥不可替代的作用。尤其是在“互联网+”时代下,国家注重管理会计信息化建设,财政部门出台了一系列的文件和规范,明确管理会计向信息化、智能化转型趋势。但是,当前不少企业实施管理会计信息化中,受多个因素的制约和影响,仍面临着诸多难点、痛点。由此,民营企业为了展示管理会计的作用,必须紧扣信息化、数字化带来的机遇,掌握管理会计信息化建设中的缺陷,从而改进和优化。Private enterprises play an irreplaceable role in providing jobs and national economic growth.Especially in the“Internet+”era,the state pays attention to the information construction of management accounting,and the financial department has issued a series of documents and norms to clarify the transformation trend of management accounting to information and intelligent.However,many enterpri-ses are still faced with many difficulties and pain points in the implementation of management accounting informatization,which is restrict-ed and affected by many factors.Therefore,in order to demonstrate the role of management accounting,private enterprises must closely follow the opportunities brought by informatization and digitalization,master the defects in the construction of management accounting in-formatization and thus improve and optimize.
