摘 要:超大型单缸圆锥破碎机臂架衬板和上架体分别选用高锰铸钢ZGMn18和低合金铸钢G20Mn5,由于两者化学成分、物理性能和力学性能差异较大,焊后极易开裂。针对异种铸钢焊接开裂难题,分别选用熔化极气体保护焊和焊条电弧焊两种方式开展焊接工艺试验研究,通过选配奥氏体不锈钢焊接材料、焊前不预热、焊后不保温、控制层道间温度≤200℃及焊后锤击释放应力等方式优化焊接工艺,焊后分析了不同焊接方法下的静载力学性能,实现了高锰铸钢和低合金铸钢的可靠性焊接。High manganese cast steel ZGMn18 and low alloy cast steel G20Mn5 are selected for the liner plate and bracket of the boom of super large single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher,which are easy to crack after welding due to their large differences in chemical composition,physical and mechanical properties.Aiming at the problem of welding cracking of dissimilar high manganese cast steel,this paper selects two welding process experiments,namely MAG welding and manual arc welding.The welding process is optimized by selecting austenitic stainless steel welding materials,no preheating before welding,no heat preservation after welding,controlling the inter-pass temperature≤200℃,and releasing stress after welding by hammer.After welding,the static load properties of different welding methods were analyzed,and the reliability welding of high manganese cast steel and low alloy cast steel was realized.
