摘  要:对摇枕结构及其功能进行简单介绍,并针对生产过程中摇枕气室进行水压、气压试验时盖板凸起变形问题,从气室盖板材料成分、力学性能、现场焊接质量影响因子及设计结构等方面进行分析。通过试件进行理化分析以及力学试验;借助薄板理论,对气室盖板进行受力分析;同时,根据边界条件,对气室盖板进行ANSYS模拟计算。确定盖板变形产生的根本原因,进而完成摇枕附加气室结构优化,从而解决摇枕附加气室进行压力试验过程中凸起变形的问题,使产品性能有了更好的保证。In this paper,the structure and function of the bolster are briefly introduced,and in view of the convex deformation of the cover plate during the water pressure and air pressure test of the bolster gas chamber in the production process,the material composition,mechanical properties,field welding quality influencing factors and design structure of the cover plate of the gas chamber are analyzed.The physical and chemical analysis and mechanical experiment were carried out through the specimen.Based on the theory of thin plate,the force analysis of the air chamber cover plate is carried out.At the same time,according to the boundary conditions,the air chamber cover plate is simulated by ANSYS.Determine the root cause of the cover plate deformation,and then complete the structural optimization of the bolus additional gas chamber,so as to solve the problem of convex deformation during the pressure test of the bolus additional gas chamber,so that the product performance has a better guarantee.
