摘 要:采用序批式反应器(SBR),研究了不同浓度氧化钨(WO_(3))纳米颗粒(NPs)对SBR中活性污泥脱氮性能以及胞外聚合物(EPS)的影响。结果表明,10 mg/L WO_(3) NPs(WO10)对SBR脱氮性能没有影响,而100 mg/L的WO_(3) NPs(WO100)降低了比硝酸盐和比亚硝酸盐还原速率,最终导致出水硝酸盐氮和亚硝酸盐氮的积累。WO10对EPS含量和组成无显著影响,但是WO100显著增加了松散结合型EPS(LB-EPS)和EPS中多糖的含量。傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)结果显示,WO10仅对LB-EPS中官能团有影响,而WO100对LB-EPS和紧密结合型EPS(TB-EPS)的官能团都产生了不同程度的影响。—OH、C=O以及C—O—C等官能团参与EPS和WO_(3) NPs之间的相互作用。进一步分析也发现,WO_(3) NPs改变了EPS中蛋白质的二级结构组成,进而影响了活性污泥的絮凝能力。The effects of WO_(3) nanoparticles(NPs)with various concentrations on nitrogen removal and extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)of activated sludge were investigated in sequencing batch reactors(SBR).The results showed that 10 mg/L WO_(3) NPs(WO10)in the SBR had no effect on nitrogen removal process,while 100 mg/L WO_(3) NPs(WO100)reduced the specific nitrate and nitrite reduction rates,leading to the accumulation of nitrite and nitrate in the effluent.WO10 had very limited effects on EPS content and composition,but WO100 significantly increased the amount of loosely bound EPS(LB-EPS)and polysaccharide content in EPS.The results of Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)indicated that WO10 only affected the functional groups of LB-EPS,while WO100 exhibited varying degrees of influence on the functional groups of both LB-EPS and tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS).Functional groups such as—OH,C=O and C—O—C were involved in the interactions between EPS and WO_(3) NPs.Further analysis revealed that WO_(3) NPs changed the secondary structure composition of proteins in EPS,which affected the flocculation capability of activated sludge.
