摘　　要：近年来,为了应对公路建设施工安全事故,青海省在推动公路施工安全管理体系及考核、评估体系工作方面已有较多理论研究和实践,在一定程度上遏制了公路施工安全事故发生。但综合青海省公路特有的建设特征和管理模式来看,安全生产费的使用和投入还存在诸多问题。本文从近年来青海省公路建设项目的实际情况出发,分析公路工程安全生产费的计价依据,以及青海省公路施工安全生产费用管理现状,从而建立公路施工安全生产费用管理体系,梳理安全生产费用提取标准,规范安全生产费用支付程序,以期能够为今后青海省公路建设安全生产费的使用和支付提供依据和支撑。In recent years,in order to cope with highway construction safety accidents,there have been many theoretical studies and practices in promoting highway construction safety management system and assessment and evaluation system in Qinghai Province,which have curbed the occurrence of highway construction safety accidents to a certain extent,but in line with the unique construction characteristics and management mode of Qinghai highway,There are still many unreasonable aspects in the use and investment of production safety cost.Based on the actual situation of highway construction projects in Qinghai Province in recent years,this paper analyzes the pricing basis of production safety cost of highway engineering and the current situation of management of production safety cost of highway construction in Qinghai Province,so as to establish the management system of production safety cost of highway construction and sort out the extraction standard of production safety cost.Standardize the payment procedure of production safety costs,in order to provide basis and support for the future use and payment of road construction safety costs in Qinghai Province.
