摘  要:丹河大桥为(130+130)m独塔双索面组合梁斜拉桥,结构为半飘浮体系,主塔采用“水滴”形造型,采用支架拼装施工。对如何确定桥梁合理成桥状态,确保桥梁内力安全以及达到目标线形进行了阐述,并对施工过程中索力调整以及主塔临时措施进行了阐述。分析了独塔双索面组合梁斜拉桥的合理成桥状态、受力特性及目标线形,提出了施工过程中索力调整与主塔临时措施方案。结果表明:主梁、主塔、斜拉索在各个施工阶段状态下,均满足施工控制的安全及精度要求,成桥阶段达到了理想线形,内力状态合理,满足设计要求。Danhe bridge is a cable-stayed bridge with a main span of(130+130)m,constructed by bracket assembly.It adopts drop-type single tower and composite girder,and semi floating structural system.The article gives the method how to determine a reasonable bridging state,to insure the safety during construction and the bridge deck elevation.In this paper,the rational construction state,mechanical characteristics and target alignment of the single-tower double-cable-plane composite beam cable-stayed bridge are analyzed,and the adjustment of cable force and the temporary measures of the main tower during construction are put forward.The calculation results show that,the main beam,pylon,cable meet the control requirements during construction.The bridge meets the design state both the elevation and the internal force state.
