摘 要:为探索农业生产中几种常见杀虫(螨)剂对西洋参害螨——似士维螨的防治效果,采用胃毒法和玻片浸渍法两种毒力测定方法以及13种农药对似士维螨进行了室内初步药效试验,然后从中筛选出8种进行了室内毒力测定。8种药剂、5个浓度梯度毒力测定结果显示,各药剂毒力大小在两种方法间均表现为玻片浸渍法>胃毒法,其相对毒力倍数均在1.05~1.36倍,炔螨特各稀释倍数下速效性最好,最快致死时间LT_(50)为0.71 d;苦参碱各稀释倍数的防治效果速效性最差,最快致死时间LT_(50)为1.61 d。综合似士维螨在两种生测方法下的室内毒力测定结果和杀虫杀螨剂低毒、低残留、高药效的特点,建议在防治似士维螨时主要使用炔螨特、阿维菌素、螺螨酯、吡虫啉以及乙螨唑这几种杀螨剂。In order to explore the control effect of several common insecticidal(mite)agents in agricultural production on the Spider mites of Panax quinquefollium L named Schwiebea similis Manson,two kinds of gastric poison method and slide dipping method,and 13 kinds of pesticides were used to test the indoor efficacy of P.mite,then 8 kinds were selected for laboratory toxicity determination.The virulence test results of 8 agents and 5 concentration gradients showed that,the virulence of each agent was higher in slide immersion method than that in gastric poisoning method,and the relative toxicity multiples were 1.05 to 1.36 times,it can be seen that the specific dilution ratio of propargite was the best,the fastest lethal time LT_(50)was 0.71 d;each dilution effect of matrine was the least effective,and the fastest lethal time was 600 times the dilution concentration.LT_(50)was 1.61 d.Based on the results of laboratory virulence test of the two bioassay methods and the characteristics of low toxicity,low residue and high efficacy of insecticides,it is recommended to mainly use propargite,abamectin,spirodiclofen,lmidacloprid and etoxazole in the control of the mite.
